Hi! I'm so glad you're here on this health and wellness journey with me. After struggling with an eating disorder in high school and figuring out my own dietary needs, I found a love for health and fitness that transformed my life. It was overwhelming at first, but the gym became a place of empowerment and joy for me, and I want to share that experience with you. This space is all about supporting each other as we explore what health means to us. You'll find my personal advice on workouts and nutrition tips based on what worked for me, and product recommendations that I swear by. I would love to create a community where you feel safe to discover your own passion for wellness. Let's take this journey together and inspire each other along the way! All of my advice is based on what I learned through podcasts, reading books, articles, and my own research.
